As founder and President of Golden Triangle Construction Management Inc., James brings over three decades of construction industry and land development expertise. In leadership roles as Director of Planning and Facilities for a school division, Vice-President of a sub-contracting company and manager of a general contracting firm, James brings deep hands-on expertise in institutional, commercial, industrial and multi-family residential construction. Coupled with numerous early years working on construction sites, his career path brings a unique combination of skills, abilities, depth and perspective to the client. This ultimately equips Golden Triangle with a clear understanding of the dynamics of a project team, and what it takes to meet the needs of all stakeholders - from the conception of a project to the completion.
